Zone 2: Sunset Forest Zone is the second zone in Super Sonic Doom. Both acts take place in the titular forest.
Act 1 contains a relatively small, conventional forest. This contains the first encounter with the WAD's enhanced versions of the imp, demon and cacodemon. These monsters are differently coloured depending on zone and are tougher than their original counterparts. The bosses here are a group of Hell Knights. The Music for this Act is "Angel Island Zone Act 1", Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
Act 2 begins in a swamp before proceeding to a FAC outpost, where the player goes on a keycard hunt to unlock whatever lies below the base. The boss battle is against the first of the Seven Deadly Sinners, Envy, against the anti-aircraft gun that shot the players shuttle down near Sunset Island. The Music for this Act is "Angel Island Zone Act 2", Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
