Vincent Fong (aka Vicious Killer, Vicious, Vkiller, Rakurai) is a retired British Doomer known for creating deathmatch levels and MIDI music for PWAD projects. He was also one of the members of the Doom modding team known as Team Onslaught, along with Tom "Mystican" Robinson, Luke "Spike" Cama, and Simon "Fraggle" Howard.
He plays in national UK tournaments and Ranking Battles on Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike.
