I think the title of the track is possibally of used in this level a reference to the fact the first arch-vile of the game is found here. (The Healer Stalks: Bobby Prince has said the Arch-Vile is a demon healer) -- TheDarkArchon 17:46, 5 February 2006 (UTC)

I think you could be right: Is that really the first vile appearance? -- Jdowland 18:51, 5 February 2006 (UTC)

For what it's worth, The Healer Stalks has already been used once in MAP02 (which, of course, has no Archvile). Bloodshedder 19:06, 5 February 2006 (UTC)

Kill ratio of 104 %[]

Anyone know what's up with the kill ratio?

There's an arch-vile in the level. See here. Who is like God? 17:59, 20 September 2008 (UTC)

Bug addition[]

Someone added "On Ultra-Violence, the Arachnotron located near the left-side stairwell heading towards the blue-key room remains immobile and does not attack." This seems false. I have not managed to see this. All the spiders on the raised areas seem to wake when they see you. Can anyone confirm some sort of visibility bug? Who is like God? 14:30, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Just checked. You seem to be right. Both spiders behave normally. But this is weird. I clearly recall seeing, many times, one of the Arachnotron to be "stuck" the way it's described in the article. It was a few years ago on a different copy of Doom 2 though. Peculiar... Illdo 12:26, 27 January 2009 (UTC)

The left spider was stuck in earlier versions of Doom2. However in 1.9, it was moved.

No montion of the Cyberdemon in multiplayer[]

No montion of the Cyberdemon in multiplayer....... 159.153.138.51 20:56, May 4, 2012 (UTC)doomguy

Depends on the source port, I think...the version of the level seen in the Xbox port of Doom 3 has a Cyberdemon in the central nukage pool in multiplayer (non-deathmatch). Doomknocker 18:49, May 8, 2012 (UTC)
