AFAIK, the only thing that doesn't work in ZDoom is the glove used to fight Bane and that's a 2 second job in a text editor to fix. Are there other things that don't work as well? -- TheDarkArchon 18:14, 31 Dec 2005 (UTC)

Yes, the Somekbombs use only 1 ammo when you shoot them. Also I think that Clowns sometimes get a Zeke death animation or even Mayor Kroll death animation. Illdo 22:22, 31 Dec 2005 (UTC)


Not sure it really belongs on the page proper, but if someone feels it's worthwhile feel free to add it: Batman Doom appears to be based largely on the (in)famous Knightfall arc of Batman, which ran in the early 90s. In it, the Bruce Wayne that we know and love is crippled by Bane and forced into retirement. His replacement is Jean-Paul Valley, who is unfortunately crazy as a result of years of brainwashing to become a cult's enforcer named Azrael. The Batman you play in this mod is pretty clearly meant to be Valley, as towards the end of his tenure as Batman he had switched to a highly technological battlesuit of his own design.

Has anyone tried this on ZDoom recently?

Despite what the page says, the mod works fine with it if you have the proper ZDoom version of the mod and ZDoom DEH fix the mod's homepage mentioned. Unfortunately, the link to ZDoom version and DEH fix aren't working anymore since the mod's link is dead and 3D Downloads has been replaced by Atomic Gamer respectively, so at the risk of malware, I got the DEH fix from there (thankfully the mod itself is perserved at DoomWorld). I scan the DEH fix with avast! anti-virus and Malwarebytes and the files themselves are clean. I have played the mod for a while and everything seems to be working fine although I haven't beaten the game yet. 00:59, August 27, 2014 (UTC) Anonymous User
