Shawn C. Green is a video game designer who is best known for his work on the Doom and Hexen for id Software and for 3D Realms.

For id Software, Shawn managed the porting of Doom, Doom II, and Hexen to various platforms including Win95, Sega Saturn, PSX, N64, Mac and Atari Jaguar.

After id Software, Shawn joined John Romero at Ion Storm Dallas where he worked as a programmer on Daikatana. He has also worked for Gearbox Software making Halo.

Level design

Shawn designed three levels for the classic Doom series; one for Doom II, and the other two for The Ultimate Doom's additional episode, Thy Flesh Consumed.
