The Rail Spike Gun is a weapon in Doom: The Dark Ages. It functions like a fusion of the Gauss Cannon and the Plasma Rifle, where it has thin and long energy projectiles similar to the Gauss Cannon, but smaller and shot with much more frequency.[1]
