PHOBOS LABS - SECTOR 1 - "While the Phobos Labs play host to a wide array of research, Sector 1 is primarily concerned with the advancement of teleportation technology. A sister teleportation facility has been constructed in the Delta Labs, located at Site 3."

Phobos Labs - Sector 1: Teleportation is the seventh level of Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil. The player receives the rocket launcher and plasma rifle, and rides a skytram.

Note that despite its name, it isn't set on Mars' moon Phobos, but rather on the Martian surface, and is named from Greek mythology like Erebus.
