Appearance
The appearance of the Pain Elemental is very similar to the original
Pain Elemental
design, it has a brown spherical body, one big red eye, two horns, large teeth and mouth and two hands with claws.
Abilities
The Pain Elemental can shoot large fire balls from it's mouth. Summon lost souls and throw them at the player.
