Dr. M. Peters is an employee of UAC at the Mars Argent Facility. He is from the research department. He had locked down Vega computer in the Resource Operations.
His upper torso can be found in the Advanced Research Complex.
Doom VFR
Dr. Peters is the main character and hero in Doom VFR. His mind is copied into a backup computers shortly before he dies. He copies his mind into drones, he uses in an attempt to save the mars facilities.
He is apparently based on M. Peters, or is the same character, although his torso is not in the same place (where it was found during Doom 2016).[1]
