Weems is the Lieutenant of Fox Company and in ways a villain or viewed as a villain even though he only appears at the beggining at Knee Deep In Dead, and his last appearence was at Deimos at a place that appears to be hell keep, lying dead on the floor fused with a fellow member of Fox.
