Grimm is an episodic series of single-player conversion modification of Doom 3. The project was created by only two people. Which is now, considering to be the greatest challenging to them due to lack of developer member. Grimm is a Hack and Slash Fantasy game with some platforming elements that leans heavily on extremely bloody and satisfying gameplay. Players can explore a huge world that often offers several different routes that lead to accomplishment. Almost every part of it is customizable to taste, not only the graphical aspects but also it's gameplay aspects.

Grimm rewards skill and exploration. It offers interesting tactical options and reacts to the way that players navigate the world. Smart thinking, tactical skills, exploration and combat skills are just some areas where Grimm rewards players with power ups, bonuses or just a simple compliment for a job well done when it's needed.


The project started at the end of 2011. Where the member starting and announcing on it Moddb Page. At the same time, It releasing the screenshot showing the work getting processing and alpha version of the Mod. In 2012, the duo-developer release the second demo in August 13, where every bugs is fixed and be updated including the Mac OS X and Linux compatibility. In 2013, they have announced the episode one will be released in July 1st as for standalone in the near future. Which that modification won't required a doom 3 to play. However for the next two episodes, whenever they wanted to continuing developing the series is currently unknown and is assumed that the project is very much alive according to the developers itself.
