- Probably so, but this use of the picture might fall under fair use policy. It's safer to leave it off, but as a compromise I think maybe some sort of mention that Ian Kelliher is the head of the UAC in the expanded universe cannot hurt the article this was being used in (UAC). - It can hurt the article as random "expanded universe" information, which doesn't apply to the UAC in the original DOOM games. That detail belongs to the phony UAC website for the mobile game, for which there is a small section where the picture wouldn't fit very well. The detail that the named character is the CEO does not really have any special significance outside the bogus site (which speaks for itself) unless the character appears in the game or some other similar relation is made somewhere. (This is what I referred to when I said it was "random", in the comment where I removed the image from the article). Who is like God?
