Doom Eternal has Customizable Packs, which allow player to gain customizables no longer available in the game by purchasing them. The first two, the Doomicorn and Series 1 customizable packs were released on April 29th, 2021 for the Sony PlayStation 4, Microsoft Xbox One, and Steam.

There were no strong reactions to them. The price point was criticized, but for the most part, reviews didn't really care about weather or not more customizable packs were added to the game.
