The Pinky is a returning enemy to Doom Eternal. That's right, the Pinky returns from Doom 2016 and a bit beefier than before, a darker shade of red and emits steam when it charges at the player. It appears to behave like the ones in the previous game, but it could behave a bit differently when the game fully releases.
