Deag Loric is a member of the Order of the Deag.
He first makes an appearance in Doom: the Dark Ages.

Deag Loric is a traditionalist Sentinel priest who tries to preserve the Wraith traditions, lore and artifacts while the rest of his kins lean more and more toward the Markyr's doctrine. He secretly marries a commoner, which is strictly forbidden among his peers.
Demon Ahzak blackmails him to help him accessing to the Heart of Argent and enabling the Sentinel Hell Cultists to launch attacks from the inside by threatening to torture his wife soul for eternity. However, when Ahzak does not follow through with the deal, the remorseful Loric turns against him and deliberately hides the Heart in the place where Ahzak cannot find. He then sends a distress signal to Novik to send his force to the Antarum to retrieve the Heart where he hid. He is killed along with his guards when the demons assault the Antarum.
