A Bruiser from Doom 3
Bruiser is a monster found in Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil.
The Bruiser is a large horned monster, vaguely resembling the original Baron of Hell, with Mancubus-like cannons for arms that are fired in quick succession. It has a television screen in place of its mouth, with the image of a mouth projected on it.
